Paulino Loro is a South Sudanese, who migrated to Australia as a refugee in 2001. As a refugee and a young man raised by single parent, Paulino understood what it means to be in a Country where through hard work and determination, everything is possible.
Apart from taking care of his own family, Paulino intent to establish orphanage foundation to support children in orphanages access better education, shelter and nurtured care in East Africa namely Uganda refugee camps.
Unfortunately, he did not see his dream come true. In 2016, he was diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer with extensive metastasis. On 31/8/2016, he lost his battle to cancer.
He was survived by wife Esther, daughter Joy and son Xavier. The family establish this foundation to full fill his wish and make his dream come true.
Paulino Loro Orphanage Foundation Inc. is establish in 2017 by the family of late Paulino Loro to full fill his wish and make his dream come true after his untimely death due to pancreatic cancer in 2016.
The foundation is an NGO and non profit, child focused foundation aim to support orphans in their shelter to access basic needs and improve living condition.
To improve the quality of life of children in orphanages in East Africa mainly Uganda refugee camps.
Provide financial assistance to support children in orphanages access better education, shelter and nurtured care. We do this through fund raising and members support.
